What’s your minimum order quantity?
1 kg for first-time bulk orders. We also ship samples from 10 g. Specialty oils (sandalwood, jasmine absolute, rose otto) start at 250 g.
Do you provide GC-MS COA?
Yes — every bulk batch ships with a third-party GC-MS Certificate of Analysis. Retained samples kept 36 months for re-testing.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% advance TT against PI, balance against B/L copy. LC at sight for repeat buyers. PayPal / Wise for sample orders under USD 2,000.
Do you offer private label / OEM?
Yes. Custom formulations, bottle/dropper/cap sourcing, label design and print, regulatory documentation. White-label MOQs from 500 bottles per SKU. See our Private Label page.
