Bulk Citral
Citral is the dominant aldehyde in lemongrass oil. Strong lemon character used in F&F compounding, beverage flavour (FEMA GRAS 2303), and as a starting material in vitamin A and ionone synthesis. We isolate citral from Indian lemongrass at our Ghaziabad facility.
