How sample-and-bulk pricing works (5-step)
- You request a sample (1 kg) — paid, at the sample tier price. Quote PDF includes the sample tier + all bulk tier ladders.
- We dispatch the sample with COA + GC-MS chromatogram + retain-sample reference.
- You qualify in your lab / formulation — typical lead time on buyer side is 1–4 weeks.
- You place the bulk order within 60 days. The sample cost is credited 100% back against your bulk PI.
- Bulk dispatched at the locked tier price. Capacity reservation slot offered for repeat buyers.

Incoterms by buyer preference. Default for international: FOB JNPT / Mundra / Hazira, but we ship all standard Incoterm modes:
EXW Delhi-NCR
Buyer’s freight forwarder picks up at our plant. Buyer manages onward export logistics. Lowest invoice value.
FOB JNPT / Mundra / Hazira
Default. We deliver to port + handle export clearance. Buyer’s freight forwarder takes over at the rail of the ship.
CIF destination port
We handle all shipping + insurance + freight to destination port. Buyer handles destination customs.
DAP destination address
Door-to-door. We handle everything except destination duties + taxes.
