End-to-end production capabilities
Steam distillation
Copper still + stainless-steel distillation columns for essential-oil + aromatic-water production. Authentic process for botanicals — lavender, eucalyptus, citronella, lemongrass, basil, cumin, ajwain, patchouli, vetiver, etc.
Fractionation
Vacuum + atmospheric fractionation columns for splitting feedstock oils into isolates — citronella → citronellal / citronellol / geraniol; turpentine → α-pinene / β-pinene / Δ-3-carene; eucalyptus → 1,8-cineole pharma-grade.
Cold-pressing
Mechanical cold-press lines (< 40°C) for carrier oils — jojoba, sweet almond, sesame, neem, karanj, linseed, castor. Preserves polyphenol antioxidants + fatty-acid integrity.
Crystallisation + isolation
Solid-isolate crystallisation for thymol, menthol crystals, camphor. Sub-cool + recrystallise to achieve USP/IP/BP pharmacopoeial-grade ≥99% purity.
Synthetic isolate handling
For synthetic aromatic chemicals (Bacdanol, Ketone 101, Hydroxycitronellal, etc.) where India does not have manufacturing-scale primary synthesis, we operate as the authoritative-quality distributor — our own QC layer above the upstream synthesis source.
Custom blending + private label
Compound F&F blends to buyer recipes (1 kg sample → 25 kg standard → FCL). Finished-product bottle filling at our Mayur Vihar facility — capped, labelled, palletised, export-ready. Private label service details →
In-house quality control architecture
Gate-receipt identity check
Every incoming botanical / feedstock is tested at the gate for identity — organoleptic + GC-MS quick-screen before it enters the still or extraction line. Adulteration discipline starts here.
In-process monitoring
Distillation columns + fractionation columns are monitored for marker-compound percentages throughout the run. Aborts non-conforming batches before completion (not after).
NABL third-party GC-MS
Every batch sent to a NABL-accredited third-party laboratory for the final per-batch GC-MS Certificate of Analysis. Identity + assay + marker compound percentages + impurity profile.
36-month retain library
Every batch leaves a retain sample at Ghaziabad QC. If a downstream buyer disputes a result months later, we re-test from retain at our cost — the audit-trail that makes a 0-rejection track record possible.
Heavy metals + microbiological
On request: ICP-OES heavy metals panel (lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury), microbiological count (TAMC, TYMC, E. coli, Salmonella), residual solvents (ICH Q3C compliance).
Per-monograph compliance
For pharmacopoeial-grade SKUs (Thymol, Menthol, Eucalyptol, Camphor) we test against USP / IP / BP / EP monograph specifications + supply compliance statement.

Buyer audits welcome at both facilities with two weeks’ notice. We accommodate physical site visits, virtual audits, and third-party (Bureau Veritas, SGS, TÜV, etc.) supplier-qualification audits regularly.

Every consignment leaves with a complete documentation pack tailored to destination market regulatory requirements:
- Per-batch GC-MS Certificate of Analysis (NABL third-party)
- Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) — 16-section GHS format
- Certificate of Origin (DGFT/FIEO India origin)
- Phytosanitary Certificate (Plant Quarantine Department, Govt. of India)
- Allergen Statement (EU 1223/2009 — 26 declared cosmetic allergens)

Capacity reservation for repeat-volume buyers
If you place an annual buying commitment with us, we will reserve monthly production capacity for your SKUs. Your bulk order is in the production queue before you place the PO each month. Two benefits:
- Predictable lead time — your monthly drum dispatches on the same day every cycle, not “subject to capacity”
- Price stability — annual contract pricing protects against raw-material market volatility (relevant for thymol, sandalwood, rose otto, vetiver pricing cycles)
