Plant 1 — Mayur Vihar, Delhi (Aromatic Chemicals + Isolates HQ)

Our Mayur Vihar facility houses the aromatic-chemicals and isolates production lines. This is where Thymol crystals, Linalool, Geraniol, Phenyl Ethyl Alcohol, Terpineol, Eugenol, Citronellol, D-Limonene, L-Carvone, D-Carvone, Bacdanol, Dihydromyrcenol and our high-volume isolates are produced.

Production lines

Fractional distillation columns, crystallisation tanks, synthetic-route reactors, isolate purification trains.

In-house QC lab

GC, GC-MS, FTIR, optical rotation meter, refractometer, melting-point apparatus, peroxide value setup.

Retain-sample vault

Climate-controlled 36-month retain-sample storage with QR-code linkage to digital COA per lot.

Packaging line

HDPE / fibre drum / glass bottle / IBC packaging with master-label QR application.

Plant 2 — Bulandshahar Road, Ghaziabad (Essential Oils + Pine Chemistry + Carrier Oils HQ)

Our Bulandshahar Road facility handles the essential oils, pine chemistry and carrier oils production. Cedarwood, Eucalyptus, Lavender / Lavandin, Clove, Citronella, Lemongrass, Patchouli, Sandalwood + Bacdanol, Turpentine / Alpha Pinene / Delta-3-Carene processing, Jojoba / Sweet Almond / Sesame / Neem / Karanj / Castor / Olive / Vitamin E carrier oils.

Steam distillation

Stainless-steel and cast-iron stills for essential oil extraction; iron-still is used for traditional patchouli dark and selected attar-grade materials.

Cold-press lines

Mechanical cold-press for carrier oils — sweet almond, sesame, jojoba, neem, karanj, castor.

Pine chemistry train

Turpentine fractionation, alpha pinene / beta pinene / delta-3-carene isolation, pine oil purification.

Custom blending

R&D blending suite for custom F&F compounds, custom carrier-oil blends, OEM private-label work.

Production methods we operate

Steam distillation — for essential oils where the volatile fraction is the product (eucalyptus, lavender, citronella, clove, lemongrass, etc.)
Fractional distillation — for separating mixed aromatic-chemical fractions into pure isolates (terpineol from turpentine, citral from lemongrass, etc.)
Cold-pressing — for carrier oils where heat would denature the bioactives (sweet almond cold-pressed, jojoba, sesame)
Crystallisation — for menthol crystals, thymol crystals, camphor crystals
Synthetic isolate routes — for high-volume aromatic chemicals where the synthetic route is cleaner and more cost-efficient than extraction (PEA, dihydromyrcenol, etc.)
Custom blending — formulation work for private-label and OEM customers
