COA & GC-MS Chromatogram Library
Every Expo Organics consignment ships with a per-lot certificate of analysis (COA) plus a GC-MS chromatogram. Sample COAs for stocked SKUs are available on request. Production-lot COAs are issued at dispatch and emailed to the buyer alongside the consignment.
What every Expo Organics COA contains
- SKU identity — botanical name (Latin), CAS number, FEMA number (where applicable), part of plant / synthesis route, country of origin
- Lot identity — lot number, manufacture date, retest date, retain-sample reference
- Organoleptic — appearance, colour, odour, taste (where applicable)
- Physical parameters — specific gravity, refractive index, optical rotation, solubility
- Chemical assay — GC purity %, major / minor component breakdown
- GC-MS chromatogram — attached as PDF page; full marker peak identification
- Compliance markers — pharmacopoeia reference (USP / BP / IP / JP / Ph.Eur), FCC, FEMA, IFRA allergen-23
- Heavy-metals + residual-solvent — on request for pharma / food grade
- Microbial parameters — TPC / yeast-mould / pathogens (food & pharma SKUs)

NABL retain-sample policy
Every production lot has a retain-sample kept under controlled conditions for 36 months. The retain-sample reference is on every COA. If a buyer needs to validate a lot at any point during that 36-month window — re-test, audit, dispute — we can ship the retain-sample reference to a NABL-accredited lab of the buyer’s choosing.
